Please be advised that on March 1, 2018, the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) implemented the pilot of the Automated System for Customs Data (ASYCUDA) World’s e-Manifest module in the Port of Georgetown.
The submission of electronic manifests is mandatory under the provisions of the Customs (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and Section 67 of the Customs Act, Chapter 82:01. This requirement is now in effect and manifests in the required ASYCUDA World (AW) format must be submitted with effect from Monday April 30, 2018.
Additionally, Carriers, Carriers’ Agents and Consolidators who did not receive the Manifest training are advised to contact the AW Team in an effort to facilitate the relevant training.
