The Guyana Revenue Authority’s Anna Regina Integrated Regional Tax Office (IRTO) will commence the processing of Learners Provisional Driver’s Licence on Monday, January 24, 2022.

If you are visiting the Anna Regina IRTO to obtain your provisional licence, please ensure you have the following documents:

• Completed application (all forms can be found on the GRA’s website: https://www.gra.gov.gy/forms/#licence-revenue-office-all.
• Copy and original pass letter from the Traffic Chief of the Guyana Police Force
• Two (2) passport-sized photographs
• Copy of valid identification (National ID or Passport)

The operating hours of the Anna Regina IRTO are Mondays to Thursdays 08:00hours-15:30hours and Fridays 08:00hrs to 14:30hours.
