Updating your TIN information/ records
Change of Address
A taxpayer who wishes to update his/her address is required to provide the following documents:
- A completed Taxpayer Registration form (found at the top right of this page). Ensure you check the Amendment box on the said form.
- Proof of address – (utility bills, bank statement or any mail received via post)
- Copy of their ID card
Change of Name
A taxpayer who wishes to update his/her name is required to provide the following document/s:
- A completed Taxpayer Registration form (found at the top right of this page). Ensure you check the Amendment box on the said form.
- Marriage certificate
- Passport/ Identification Card
- Deed Poll
