7B Generator application is a tool created by the GRA to assist employers with the generation and distribution of their annual 7B emolument slips
Features
- Generation of 7B emolument slips with the inclusion of a QR code.
- The application will facilitate the disbursement of slips via email.
Pre-requisites
- Data populated in the provided 7B Generator Template . This is very similar to the Forms 5/2 file but includes additional details about the employees. This can be generated from payroll or manually filled in.
Process
- Download and populate the 7B Generator Template
- Go to the 7B Generator application and upload the file
- Make any necessary adjustments
- Download a Zip file with all the 7B slips
- Extract and distribute

- Location on Form: In the mid-section of the form, next to the taxable allowances
- Format for the encoded values is as follows:
