In accordance with Section 10(4) of the Intoxicating Liquor Licensing Act, Chapter 82:21, the General Public is hereby notified that the General Licensing Meetings for the year 2021, of the District Licensing Board for the County of Berbice, will be held on the following dates:

• First Quarter – Tuesday, March 30, 2021
• Second Quarter – Tuesday, June 29, 2021
• Third Quarter – Tuesday, September 28, 2021
• Fourth Quarter – Tuesday, December 28, 2021

The meetings are scheduled to be held at the New Amsterdam Magistrates’ Court and will commence at 13:30hrs (1:30pm).

Applications for the issue and transfer of intoxicating liquor licences for Hotels, Restaurants, Member’s Club, Taverns and Spirit Shops should be submitted to the Guyana Revenue Authority, Berbice District not later than thirty (30 days) prior to the holding of the meeting.
