In accordance with Section 10(4) of the Intoxicating Liquor Licensing Act, Chapter 82:21, the General Public is hereby notified that the General Licensing Meetings for the year 2021, of the District Licensing Board for the County of Essequibo, will be held on the following dates:

• First Quarter – Friday, March 26, 2021
• Second Quarter – Friday, June 25, 2021
• Third Quarter – Friday, September 24, 2021
• Fourth Quarter – Friday, December 17, 2021

The meetings are scheduled to be held at the Suddie District Magistrate’s Court and will commence at 10:00hrs (10am).

Applications for the issue and transfer of intoxicating liquor licences for Hotels, Restaurants, Member’s Club, Taverns and Spirit Shops should be submitted to the Guyana Revenue Authority, Essequibo District not later than thirty (30 days) prior to the holding of the meeting.
