In accordance with Section 10(4) of the Intoxicating Liquor Licencing Act, Chapter 82:21, the General Public is hereby notified that the First to Fourth Quarterly General Licencing Meeting for the year 2025, of the District Licencing Board for the County of Essequibo, will be held on the following dates:

• Thursday March 20, 2025
• Thursday June 19, 2025
• Thursday September 18, 2025
• Thursday December 11, 2025

These meeting are scheduled to be held at the Suddie Magistrates’ Court and will commence at 10:00hrs (10:00 am).

Applications for the issue and transfer of Intoxicating Liquor Licences for Hotels, Restaurants, Member’s Club, Taverns and Spirit Shops should be submitted to the Guyana Revenue Authority, Essequibo District not later than Thirty (30 days) prior to the holding of the meeting.
