The Guyana Revenue Authority hereinafter referred to as “the Procuring Entity”, invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for the Procurement of Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019.
Required period of supply: August 2021.
The bidding documents may be obtained and examined by any interested bidder. Bids can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) at the following address. Procurement Unit, Guyana Revenue Authority Head Office 227-8222, Ext 4506/4503/4511.
All Bidders should submit their bids together with an original bid security to the sum of seventy thousand dollars (GY$70,000) no later than 09:00 hours on Tuesday, 27th of July 2021 at the address: The Chairman, National Procurement and Tender Administration Board, Ministry of Finance, Main and Urquhart Streets, Georgetown, Guyana.
Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening.
Bids shall be opened by the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who wish to attend or may request a video link from npta.procurement@finance.gov.gy The opening of the Bids is scheduled for 09:00 hours on the 27th of July, 2021 at the address: 49 Main and Urquhart Streets.
