INVITATION FOR BIDS

1. Guyana Revenue Authority hereinafter referred to as “the Procuring Entity”, invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for – “Provision of Maintenance Service for Air Condition Units, Lots 1- 7”.

2. Required period of service: Financial year – September 2021 to September 2022.

3. The bidding documents may be obtained and be examined by any interested bidder. Bids can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Guyana Dollars (G$3,000.00) at the following address: Procurement Office, Guyana Revenue Authority, 200-201 Camp Street, Georgetown. 4. All Bidders should submit their bid together with the bid security of 2% of the total bid if it exceeds Three Million Guyana Dollars (G$3M), not later than 09:00 hours on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at the address:

5. Bids shall be valid for ninety (90 days) after the date of bid opening.

6. Bids shall be opened by the Tender Board in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who wish to attend it at 09:00 hours on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at the address: National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB), Ministry of Finance, Main & Urquhart Sts, Georgetown, Guyana.
