In keeping with the provision of Budget 2018, the Licence Revenue Operations (LRO) has commenced the issuance of Provisional Trade Licences.

Persons applying for a Trade Licence must provide the following documents:

Requirements to obtain a Provisional Trade Licence:

• Completed Application form for a Trade and Miscellaneous Licence.
• Valid Form of Identification – Passport, National ID or Plastic Card Driver’s Licence.
• Updated Business Registration or Articles of Incorporation.

All applications for a Provisional Trade Licence can be submitted to GRA’s Head Office 200 – 201 Camp Street, Licence Revenue Operations – Trade and Miscellaneous Licence Unit.

Processing Time
The Licence will be processed within three (3) working days.

Cost
The cost for this Licence can vary depending on the square foot of the business.

It must be noted that this Provisional Licence is only applicable for a Trade Licence for Grocery Shop, Variety Shop, and Snackette and cannot be used to acquire any additional Licence, such as a Liquor Licence or for the sale of Liquor, and will be issued for a period not exceeding two (2) years.
