Issued under Section 2 and Part IV, Cap 82:01

CITATION 

1. This Notice may be cited as the notification of the appointment of a private warehouse or sufferance wharf by the Commissioner-General of the Revenue Authority, pursuant to the Customs Act, Chapter 82:01.
2. Shore Bases described in the Schedule providing operational support and supply of Goods to approved companies involved in the explorations and production of Petroleum and Petroleum Products, are hereby appointed as approved Private Warehouses and Sufferance Wharves.

SCHEDULE

1. The Guyana Shore Base Incorporated owned by Muneshwers Limited and situated at Plantation ‘A’ Houston District, East Bank Demerara.
2. The Guyana Shore Base Inc. (GYSBI) Industrial Estate located on land leased from Guyana Realty Investments Limited, at plots ‘GIL2’ and ‘AMI’ of Plantation Rome, East Bank Demerara.
