1. Guyana Revenue Authority hereinafter referred to as “the Procuring Entity”, invites eligible bidders to submit their proposals for the supply of goods and related services for – “Request for Proposal for: Supply and Delivery of the Human Resource Capital Management (HCM) Payroll System, Guyana Revenue Authority Headquarters (GRA H/Q), Georgetown, Region #4”

2. The proposal documents may be obtained and be examined by any interested bidder. Proposal documents can be obtained free of charge on the Guyana Revenue Authority’s official website, using the following URL: https://www.gra.gov.gy/

3. All bidders should submit their proposals no later than 09:00 hours on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at the address below:

All late proposals will be rejected and returned to bidders, unopened.

4. A Bid Securing Declaration form is required.

5. Proposals shall be valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date of bid opening.

6. Proposals shall be opened by the Tender Board in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who wish to attend it at 09:00 hours on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at the address: National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB), Ministry of Finance, 49 Main and Urquhart Streets, Georgetown, Guyana, or may request a video link from npta.procurement@finance.gov.gy
