The Guyana Revenue Authority hereby notifies the General Public that all Partnerships must submit a Partnership Return. This requirement is in accordance with Section 66 of the Income Tax Act Chapter 81:01.

Notwithstanding this, each partner is still obligated to submit an Individual Income Tax Return declaring his/her income derived from the Partnership.

The due date for the submission of the Partnership Return is April 30, 2023.

The Partnership Return (G0005) is available on our website.

Persons are encouraged to submit this return electronically by utilizing our E-services platform.
