The General Public is hereby advised that the following services are offered at the GRA’s Headquarters, 200-201 Camp Street, Georgetown and ALL of the Integrated Regional Tax Offices (IRTOs):
- Application of New Driver’s Licence
- Renewal of Driver’s Licence
- Duplicate Driver’s Licence
- Provisional Driver’s Licence
- Addition of Class
- Renewal of Hire Car Driver’s Licence
- Duplicate Hire Car Driver’s Licence
Taxpayers are reminded that they can renew their Driver’s Licence within three (3) months of its expiry date.
Online Licence Checker
The GRA wishes to also inform that the status of your application transactions for driver’s licence, motor vehicle registration and motor vehicle transfer can be checked with the Licence Checker tool available on the Authority’s website. Simply click the Licence Checker tool and insert your TIN and the last five digits of the transaction number on your lodgement receipt.
The Licence Checker allows you to monitor the progress of your application without the need to visit any of the GRA’s locations.
When the Licence Checker indicates that your transaction is approved, then the payment can be made and your licence uplifted.
